As Americans rail against racial, social, and economic injustices that have affected Black Americans for over 400 years, Black America is now moving towards the healing and solutions process, where new economic and social pathways need to be identified and created to guide Black Americans towards self-sufficiency and social equality. Noir Black Chamber Of Commerce Inc. (NOIRBCC), a national 501c3 economic development organization headquartered in Louisville Kentucky. Your financial support through GIVING LEVELS will allow NOIRBCC to create additional programming that will “MOVE” Black Americans towards success.  NOIRBCC is lead by a small team of Black professional experts who believe in the organization’s mission to create innovative programming and collaborations that will move Black Americans forward.

Noir Black Chamber Of Commerce Inc. has expanded its programming from assisting Black entrepreneurs and small businesses start, grow, and sustain themselves, to the creation of The Black Teen Higher Professional Career Attainment Program to move black youth towards higher professional careers that will lead to economic and social mobility for them and their families to come. NOIRBCC has identified ELEVEN (11) top professional fields that it will create programming around to help guide black teens towards becoming: Physicians, Dentists, Pharmacists, Physicists, Veterinarians, Psychologists, Nurses, Scientists, Architects, Engineers, and Lawyers.
